Following last year’s highly successful BOOTCAMP training event, Ernst & Young invited us to adapt the programme’s contents for this September’s online version. More than 100 Seniors and Managers from the Advisory group enjoyed a virtual and interactive ‘bootcamp’ experience that required them to work on their communication and leadership skills, design and make their own team videos, and share their experiences of remote working.

TÉCNICAS REUNIDAS

Técnicas Reunidas is one of Spain’s largest and most international engineering firms. Working closely with HR and Operations, we created a three-phase training programme to help their executives improve their cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills and successfully lead projects across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

SOLUNION 

Communicating effectively with internal and external clients is critical to business success for all companies. With our new online programme, Communicate with Excellence we helped teams from the Risks and Claims departments at multi-national insurance provider Solunion to boost their communication skills and improve customer relationships. A second part focused on Negotiating for Success is scheduled for later in the year.

MAPFRE 

Our latest collaboration with global insurance firm MAPFRE, we worked with the team at Fundación MAPFRE to sharpen its public speaking skills. This non-profit foundation has an important mission to raise awareness on road safety, fight rare diseases and improve the quality of life for everyday people. For us at Read Matthews International it was a pleasure to help the Fundación spread their message.

PAVILION ENERGY  

Pavilion Energy, a Singapore-based firm specializing in the natural gas and LNG markets, has chosen us to design a series of online workshops in its “Web & Learn” programme.
