Alan Matthews has more than 25 years' experience working as a professional trainer in Europe, Latin America and Asia. In recent years he has worked in HR management, with a special focus on communication skills and performance management. Alan is a graduate of London University and has Master's degrees from Manchester and Aston universities (UK). He is a member of the Asociación Española de Dirección de Personal (AEDIPE), is accredited by Team Management Systems (TMS) and has a diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). |

Ángeles Delgado's career in training and human resources has developed in a number of leading training and consultancy companies. She has specialised in interpersonal development, communication skills and sales training. Over the years Ángeles has become increasingly aware of the importance of transferring what is learnt in the training room to the participants' place of work; she uses a varied methodological approach which helps her training courses and coaching programmes achieve effective change. Ángeles has a degree in Law from Complutense University (Madrid), a Master's in Human Resources and is a qualified Executive Coach (recognised by the International Coach Federation). |

Michelle Davies combines wide experience as a trainer with a solid business background as European Director of Professional Development and Internal Communication in a major multinational IT Consulting firm. An experienced and qualified Executive Coach and certified MBTI facilitator, Michelle specializes in the areas of communication, leadership and change management and has worked on individual and group projects with organizations from multiple sectors across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. She graduated in French and German from Oxford University and holds a postgraduate Diploma en Sales Management and Marketing from ICADE business school. Elena has a degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Public Relations from Queen's University (Belfast), a Master's in HR from CEREM Business School and a Diploma in Emotional Intelligence from the Organizational Development Institute (USA). Elena is of Cuban origin and spent 5 years in the USA and a year in Ireland. César García-Rincón de Castro has been training business people in interpersonal skills and values for 15 years. In 2000 he won the prestigious Santillana education prize for his work on ethics in the workplace. César is president of the NGO Homo Prosocius, a communication and social skills trainer on MBA and HR courses, a project consultant in social work and an expert in Managing with Values and Prosocial Training (management training through projects linked to voluntary social work). He has a PhD in Sociology and a diploma in Social Work. Carlos Hernández Fernández has developed his training and consultancy career over more than 10 years in various multinational companies, both in HR departments and in leading consulting firms. Carlos is an expert in communication and in social skills. His background in the theatre and in outdoor training have helped him develop a highly creative style and methodology based on principles of experiential learning. Carlos has a Master's in Human Resources, degrees in Sociology and Journalism and a diploma in Social Work. Frank Hilton has been working as a trainer and consultant in business communications since 1985 and has trained senior executives from many leading European, American and Asian companies. He is an expert in effective communication and a specialist in presentations, persuasion and negotiation skills. He has also specialised in training senior technical, scientific and administrative executives in sales support. Frank has worked as a consultant to the World Economic Forum and in 2004 became a communications consultant to the International Atomic Energy Agency. Bob Janes is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and LAB Profile Trainer; he holds a post graduate Diploma in psychology and a Master's degree in Organisational Consulting. Jane Revell is an acclaimed professional trainer who has worked in more than twenty countries since the early 1970s. She specialises in personal development skills training with a wide curriculum including creativity, stress-management, presentation skills, coaching skills and relationship skills. Jane is an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, and an INLPTA certified international trainer of NLP, a Certified Trainer of the LAB profile, a Myers-Briggs Assessor and is fully qualified as a stress management, personal fitness and colour and style consultant. Jane Rodríguez del Tronco worked for many years in marketing for leading multinational companies, and in her last post as Marketing Director. She then specialised in personal development and became an Executive Coach (recognised by the International Coach Federation) and a certified MBTI facilitator. Jane’s hands-on work experience means she understands the business world and what is required for practical, effective training. Jane has a degree in Business Studies and a Master’s in Marketing from the Instituto de Empresa; she trains and coaches in Spanish and English. Ken Taylor is a very experienced trainer and facilitator. He has lived for long periods in South East Asia, Scandinavia, Germany and Africa where he worked as a training manager, company director, management consultant and trainer. His long experience means that he is able to adapt both interpersonal and communication skills training to the international business arena. Ken is co-author of “The Vital Link”, an e-learning programme for international business people, and he writes articles on international communication skills in several magazines. Robin Widdowson has been a communications skills trainer in the international business community for over fifteen years. A trained lawyer, he worked in the legal department of an international pharmaceutical company, and is a graduate of Exeter University (UK) where he studied Law & Sociology. Robin specialises in Legal English - how to deal confidently with commercial legal documentation - for lawyers and non-lawyers. Other areas of expertise include presentations skills, negotiating skills, business writing, and general management development. John Xerri has over 25 years’ international business experience, including the role of HR Director of Xerox Europe and Vice President of HR for Latin America and South Europe in Equifax Inc. He has led projects and teams in various business areas across more than 20 countries, in Europe as well as America. John specializes in Executive and Transition Coaching and is certified by the International Coach Federation. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. |
