Successful Stress Management

Stress is the 'wear and tear' our bodies experience as we adjust to our continually changing environment; it affects us physically and emotionally and can create positive or negative feelings. As a positive influence, stress can help galvanise us into action, resulting in new awareness and exciting new perspectives. As a negative influence, it can lead to feelings of distrust, rejection, anger and depression - and in some cases, health problems. This course helps identify and respond to stress and change reactions to it. It takes a highly interactive problem-solving approach, drawing on Accelerated Learning techniques and case studies.
